設備用途

    適用于管式鉛酸蓄電池正板柵生產。能實現從加合金鉛錠、板柵壓鑄、板柵取出、噴脫模劑、板柵存放、板柵裁切、板柵插入滌綸排管自動化生產。板柵裁切后的廢料經粉碎后自動輸送至熔　鉛　爐，重復利用。

Application:

    It is used to produce the positive spine of the tubular lead acid battery. It can realize the adding lead ingot into lead pot, casting the spines, taking out the spines, spraying mould release agent, storing the spines, cutting the spines, inserting spines into gauntlets automatically. After spine cutting, the wasted spine will be crushed and conveyed to lead pot for recycle use.

設備構成

    ZBX-Ⅰ型，包含自動加鉛錠機、正板柵壓鑄機、自動取板機、自動噴模裝置、斷筋檢測裝置、電氣控制系統，板柵壓鑄模。另配獨立剪切機、剪切刀。

    ZBX-Ⅱ型，包含自動加鉛錠機、正板柵壓鑄機、自動取板機、自動噴模裝置、斷筋檢測裝置、自動裁切和插管機、排管輸送機、碼垛機、廢料粉碎機、板鏈輸送機、電氣控制系統，板柵壓鑄模，板柵裁切刀。
