Application: Used to paste the viscous or sandy paste to the Pb-Sb or Pb-Ca grids .

設備構成：自動上板裝置、涂板主機、淋酸軋板裝置、控制系統、表面干燥機（可選）

性能、特點

○ 涂板機板柵采用機械自動送給，設有手動板柵寬度調整機構，設有無 板柵或重疊板柵狀態時自動斷開裝置；

○ 涂膏斗有獨立的調速馬達，膏斗出口處采用反向運動鋼輥，精確控制 涂膏量；

○ 膏斗設有可傾離開機構，便于操作者清理和排除涂板故障；

○ 采用水平帶式連續涂填鉛膏，傳動機構采用無級調速；

○ 設有可調整壓力的橡膠輥筒，滿足涂板后的軋板、淋水和淋酸要求；

○ 設備操作按防酸防水技術標準配置；

Performance & Features

○ The pasting machine is mechanically auto supplied, the pasting width can be adjusted manually. The machine will stop working if no grid or overlapping is tested.

○ There is an independent motor for the paste hopper. And the supply roller runs in opposite direction to accurately control the weight of pasting.

○ The hopper can be left in tilt to facilitate the operator to observe and maintain fault.

○ The machine uses the continuous pasting belt with step less transmission .

○ The pressure of rubber roller is adjustable in order to meet the requirement of plate pressing & acid-drenching.
